Our repair department consists of eight full-time repair technicians that are highly professional and competent in all aspects of pool, spa and equipment repair and pool management. Our pool technicians annually attend industry seminars to stay informed of new products, trouble shooting and repairs for all brands of equipment that are in the marketplace. We are proud to be known, and selected frequently, as the ideal company for testing and research of new products from manufacturers - primarily because of the high level of knowledge our staff possess.

As in most businesses, great communication is a vital key to offering great customer relationships. To obtain this higher level of service, we have substantially invested in "two-way" radio technology. With our own radio tower and repeater, we can provide instant communication to our service technicians in the field. Our clients appreciate, deserve and are provided with a quick response regarding any emergency pool or spa service call.
