Over the past several years I have been dealing with Matt anytime an issue comes up regarding my pool and I can tell you that he represents Year Round Pool with the utmost professionalism and customer service. His response to any problems or issues is done in such a timely manner and attention to detail that you should be proud to have him as an employee. Last year while at my home I experienced a minor problem with my pool so I called Matt and despite being off that day he returned my call and arranged for the problem to be fixed—now that is customer service. Lee and your Year Round staff have been wonderful. They are always very courteous, answer my questions, and are doing a wonderful job caring for my pool. When I have called your office, I have always received excellent customer care.

Thank you for having such a responsible and thorough person caring for my pool. Recently, Lee noticed that the pop-up heads on the bottom of my pool were not completely going down after their cycle. He pointed the situation out to me in Dec. and we decided to keep an eye on them. Last week he told me that it was time to deal with them and I agreed. Your repair supervisor came out, checked all of the heads and determined that at this time we needed to replace 3 heads. They were replaced shortly there after.

Thank you for having such a responsible and thorough person caring for my pool. Lee is the best ever! I have been so impressed with the service Ms. Webb has provided: when she said she would do something, she followed through immediately.  She coordinated all the necessary employees at Year Round to handle repair estimates, turn the pool around (which had turned into a yellowish green swamp!), and provide design ideas for a spa addition.  Whatever Ms. Webb said she would do, she did it, with a delightful personality and a great sense of humor, which made working with her so much fun, too.
